Past Events 2017

Youth held their annual youth retreat at Gracefield. This year's theme was Diverse, Yet One in Christ. Activities reinforced the theme.
Youth began with a wall-building activity where they listed all the ways people separate themselves from one another, then came together to tear down those walls. They explored different ways of worshipping, learned to say "hello" in different languages, ate different ethnic foods, and - of course - enjoyed different Gracefield activities: archery, ropes, swimming, canoeing and hiking!

Seven St. Stephen youth had a concentrated and fun-packed weekend retreat learning the basics of Christianity and Presbyterianism - including an introduction to 2000 years of Church History in 2 hours!
There was also time for fun - skits based on the Bible, improvs, kite-making to reinforce teachings on the Holy Spirit, games, web searches and presentations, meals and videos!
